creative_2008_17_3_466_472By using the gamma distribution we shall define a general linear transform from, which we obtain as special cases the gamma first kind transform. For different value of , and a we obtain several gamma type operators studied in literature. We apply the gamma first kind transform to Szasz-Mirakjan's operator and we obtain the Jain-Pethe operator.
